The Good Doctor>>>>Any Medical Series Ever

By now, who doesn’t know about “The Good Doctor” series. The character of “Shawn Murphy'' has bedazzled the internet. The series is about a resident doctor who has been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, which makes it difficult for him to communicate with people, and Savant Syndrome, which enhanced his abilities in the field of Medicine. To be honest, this is one of the best medical dramas ever, better than Grey’s Anatomy and if anyone watches it they’ll know why. It is quite entertaining but at the same time maintains the accuracy of how things happen in a hospital and medical world.

Oddballs: A fun filled yet amazing series!

ODDBALLS is a great fun filled show with the main character self James and his crocodile friend Max. Oddballs is a Netflix series created by James Rallison and Ethan Banville .The series is based on and related to James Rallison’s YouTube channel, TheOdd1sOut. In the little town of Dirt, James, a bubble-shaped teenager, has observations on life which encourage his funny complains about  everyday annoyances and takes them to comical heights . Along with his best friends Max, a talking crocodile and a trustworthy partner and  Echo, a girl who claims to be from the future, James’ stupid plans usually end up leading to disaster. This show is in short episodes of 20 minutes, but they are sure to fill your atmosphere with joy and happiness.

Pasta or Impasta??

Recently, on a bright, Sunday morning, I was scrolling through my Instagram feed as usual and felt extremely idle. Until…A scrumptious looking pasta recipe appears on my screen and a sense of motivation fills me as I get up from my sofa and rush to the kitchen in eagerness to try it out. I got my ingredients out and lined them up neatly. As the video goes on, I try my best to follow it step by step and as precisely as I can. Everything was going great and as the last step neared, my excitement grew. At last, when I poured the hot red pasta onto a plate for a final taste test, I was shocked. As soon as the bite entered my mouth I felt like spitting it out. And I realized that I had used sugar instead of SALT. I dreaded my amateur mistake as I stared at my plate of a sweet pasta disaster, an EPIC FAILURE.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. We’re just F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is an amazing show that describes the weird yet wonderful friendship between 6 friends: Ross, Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey and Chandler. They all live in the city of New York, some struggling to find a job and the others struggling to share their success with their friends. All through different experiences they learn the true meaning of friendship and its importance in their lives. It is an interesting show to watch when procrastinating doing homework and ditching friends.

Durian Milk Candy recipe

Durian is a fruit. It smells bad but tastes good (according to some people). Durian milk candy is really famous in Thailand. This delicious snack is favoured by many and ill be sharing the recipe to it.

Ingredients needed : 

4 cups of durian pulp

4 cups of sugar

2 cups of evaporated milk/ condensed milk

Steps:  1.Durian candy’s main source is from the pulp of a durian. You will start by extracting at least 4 cups of it. 

2.Mix the sugar and milk. Take note of the balance of milk and sugar as well

3.Cook over low fire – The purpose of this is to control the milk and sugar metabolism while heated.Do not try to cook it with an intense fire. If it ever happens, you will have the hardest durian candy. 

You must try your best not to overcook to lessen the waste. 

While cooking, constantly stir it until the mixture thickens.

4.Add the durian pulp – When the mixture becomes slightly thick, add the pulp and continue to stir it until it becomes hard and candy like in consistency.

5.Mold the candy - The cooked candy can be moulded into whatever shape you like. It could be square, rectangular, or even circular. Your personal preferences are what matter.

6.Wrap them up - Using water cellophane, wrap the moulded candies you just finished moulding.

You have it now, then! Candy made from durian that you may enjoy serving to everyone!
