Another writing accountability post
The problem with the way I write is that I go over the story in my head until I’m satisfied with it. And then, since I’m satisfied, the actual work of writing becomes a lot less appealing. But accountability posts helped last time, so here’s another one.
I’ve been thinking for a while of the most over the top ways to wrap up Steven Universe, and one of those turned into a pretty good idea for a story. It’s a bit ridiculous, but there’s a couple scenes that I really want to write.
I’ve been putting it off because it felt like it wasn’t the right time to write it, but if I want to do a different version later, I can! So, since I have the idea now, I’ll write it. Get ready for “Cluster Luck”, coming Soon (tm). (I can’t bring myself to put the F in the title, since this is still a Steven Universe fic).
As a bonus, I was checking my notes (I like to write down story ideas so I don’t forget them later) and I found an entire song I’d written for this fic, even though I haven’t started it yet. So I’ll post that now. Any feedback would be great, since I’m not a musical person.
Earth is something new and special
