I never quite understand people who drop Uglands's series' because they lost the plot
you do realize the plot has been lost since book one. the plot is a friend of a friend that pops in every now and then pretending to have been there the whole time. all of his books are a series of side quests with a vague implication of connection, I can understand hating how he drops plot threads like with the master, but fellas you don't read these books for technical mastery or good plot. you read for the 💥✨STYLE✨💥 the 💥✨VIBE✨💥 even, it's a silly little series of dnd oneshots with far more gore than it should have and the best first person voice ever
