Who: @wxldxheart (Cain) Where: Crescent Lake What: Xavier has been hunting down more books to add to his shop, and he heard about some lake houses that were still standing despite years of disuse and neglect. After finding some that are still salvageable, he stops for a swim at the lake.
There were brief splotches of time where Xavier found himself missing the sunlight. As he stepped out onto the dock, scanning the area around him carefully for any of the wolves that owned this territory, he paused as the melancholy engulfed him suddenly. It ran deep - the want to watch a sunrise on this dock - entranced as the rays splashed across the water in spring. He could almost taste the pollen on the air and feel the warmth bathe him. He swallowed it back - the scream of rage that was always trapped in his throat - and settled for the white silver glow that danced across the lake instead.
He plucked his messenger bag off his shoulder, and stripped out of the jacket, shirt, and shoes, socks, and jeans. Down to the black boxers. Despite the sorrow that lingered, the inner child within him grinned devilishly. He took a running leap and swan dove straight into the water. The cold didn't register, as he resurfaced, he pushed the wet hair out of his face and laughed at little one of voices - who scolded him for not landing a ten in the dive. It took him a moment to register the figure at the dock. A sniff told him it was a wolf. "Fuck," he muttered, before swimming toward the dock quickly. As he reached the edge, he peered up at the stranger, and frowned. "I'm sorry - I shouldn't be here, I know I just-"
