❝ you know there’s seven types of intelligence and three types of genius? luckily for you, i’m all of the above. ❞ -- brag much? ❝ only to my friends, and the girls i meet at applebee’s happy hour. ❞ ⸻ 𝚝𝚎𝚌𝚑𝚗𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚕 𝚊𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚢𝚜𝚝 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚏𝚋𝚒'𝚜 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚎 𝚝𝚎𝚊𝚖. 𝚠𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚗 𝚋𝚢 𝚊𝚞𝚛𝚘𝚛𝚊.
fired techinal analyst for the international response team in the fbi. twenty-three years old. criminal minds: beyond borders and criminal minds.
Neither a genius nor a savant, just a kid with an intense passion to learn and do what’s right. The IRT’s very own technical analyst slash Siri personified on the stateside, good social skills and interest in other people allowing him to also comfort the families of the victims during the worst days of their lives when their loved ones are beyond the reach of anyone but his team.
A childhood of isolation because of a very narrow range of unpopular interests among his peers lead him, as many others of his age and kind, to find acceptance and friends online. Honing his social skills in the online environment, posing as much older than his actual age until he could sell it, allowed him the confidence to start reaching out, select his friends from others who found themselves isolated by the masses. The life of a hacktivist was one he found tempting, gaining the skills but not the courage to do more than leave minor marks to where he’s been... just enough to gain the interest of not the FBI, but a single person in it who urged him to send in his resume.
Then the IRT is disbanded in 2017, and Monty’s few acts of unlawful heroism done in order to keep his team and their families safe are now grounds for firing.
y’know, the best part about you going from the international response team to the bau?
that after nearly ten years of marriage, i finally get to share my bed with my husband on a semi regular basis.
i couldn't help but think about my daughters. the look on that little girl's face. --- well, being able to relate to those moments is what makes you a good agent. --- maybe so, but as a parent, it scares the hell out of me. I JUST WANT TO PROTECT THEM FOREVER.
//Ok a good friend talked me into letting these muses free again. Everything is set up. Will icon hunt tomorrow. Message me to plot.
