If you're looking to make that elastic clothing really last you should seriously consider air drying your clothes. I can say with experience this really works, I've got stretchy pants and underwear that's well over two years old and still looks very good. If you're anything like me the thoughts of hanging your dingies outside is enough to make you not mind buying new ones every 6 months. Thank goodness for this .Gideon clothesline, I can now hang my clothes and simply retract it when not needed.
