I never realized you didn’t get that paperwork! What is the point of it then??? You’re expected to have patience while also being omniscient— you should demand a raise for that tbh.
I'm tempted to. I did get a weird $40 tip out of nowhere on my last pay check. I assumed it was for payroll. I'm not sure. I'm about to ask James to start giving me copies of shift trades, but then I feel like that just complicates matters. How do I differ overtime from swapping shifts with someone and over time from people filling in when someone calls off?
Ugh, it's frustrating. I'm just going to be entering timesheets as written. It should not be my job to decide who should or shouldn't get overtime.
That being said, I had to tell people that if you cannot leave the place on your break and have to have the radio, technically you should get a PAID break. That's the labor law.
I'm just bah. The office gets slammed for their timesheets. But when I report a driver for clocking in way too early for his shift, no one cares. I stopped reporting that.
