turn almost any snack into a meal: cut it into bite-sized pieces if it's not already bite-sized, put it in a bowl, pour salad dressing over it, and eat it with a fork. bam! you have a salad. this works for just about about fruit, veggie, nut, and/or cheese based snack. mix'n'match as the mood strikes.
for extra salad quotient you could also put some leaves in the bowl first.
regarding robots, that's also the plot of ted chiang's novella "the lifecycle of software objects". beautifully sad story!

It’s hard to tell at this point in the story. So far, it is definitely very Christianity inspired, though it is hard to get away with that with the Sufferer. There are some unique elements and it feels like it could be heading somewhere surprising.

Aaaah I think this is one of my favorite Aradias I've ever drawn, the favradia if you will.
this is based on the nuclearstuck au so this version of her is based on a descrip i got from carla. we've done a little RPing in the AU (I basically took Sollux haha) and the relationship history we've kind of established between them is that the two of them (and Tavros) grew up in the same district, and had an ill-fated matespritship, eventually became pretty quality moirails, and broke it off before Sol enlisted in the military.
she and tav are all diamonds now, and together they're a hell of a trio. sollux is a pain in the ass but Aradia's a trooper. still, a gal can only take so much!
it wasn't part of the description but i've always liked the idea of aradia having fairly dark skin relative to the other trolls. i just think the maroon hues look really pretty against a darker, warmer grey. also i really like drawing her with kinky hair <3

I don't understand Vriska/Karkat, I just don't get it. Maybe someday someone will write a shipping manifesto that makes me understand, but in general I think they don't understand each other very well, and mostly they seem like they'd find each other irritating.
MEANWHILE ROSE/TEREZI is good in basically every quadrant, and particularly good in black-shaded red, what goofy, brilliant, kind of alarming ladies who should obviously kiss.

I will never judge anyone for BetaOT4, what a good ship. I am super-nostalgic for it because I read lots of it when I was first getting into fandom. Clearly the best AU here is White Collar AU, where John and Jade are FBI agents and Rose and Dave are cunning white collar criminals on the side of good! And they have trust issues and they steal a lot of art (allegedly!) and wear a lot of suits.
