I'm sick and, I've been coughing a lot and my temp has been high, which has caused me to condensates, also my sweat smells like bubblegum for some reason????

Am I turning into a candy elemental??? Will my skin and hair turn pink???? Are my coughs gonna start producing jelly beans or something? Is my sweat going to turn into bubblegum flavored soda?????
