"it absolutely is. i heard there's a lot more scientific studies on it too. " she laughed shaking her head at the young fox before continuing on. "luckily there's lots of things we can do to avoid it, right? like eating some chocolate, why don't we go get some hm?"

                   ‘ you’re here without your brother? ’

questioned the manager of the casino, lazily adjusting his gloves as he flexes his hand slightly once the glove had been placed on, shifting to look over and sip his scotch, crossing a leg over the other.

‘ curious, but i’ll bite, what do you want, little mug? ’

It was surprisingly common for all sorts of beings of all ages to eventually wander into this place. Despite the heavy smoke that covered the air and the bustling noise all around, on occasion someone who most obviously did not belong there would waltz on in. You could tell by they held themselves. There was unmistakable confidence that most who ended up here no longer held. This place had a way of taking away all you had after all.

Green eyes narrowed as he peered forward, watching the doorway closely. This was the last person he excepted to show up here. The anxiety ridden mug that had caused him so much trouble before. Just the thought of it made him bite down on the butt of his cigar a bit harder. Now now. He thought to himself, straightening out his suit, I best keep myself in line. 

He flicked the cigar away, caring very little wherever it may land. Smooth strides led him over to Mugman with ease. “Is someone lost, hmm?” Dice hummed, a mocking tone to his voice. He stepped to the other side of the mug, leaning forward so that he was now at his eye level. Despite the spite he felt towards the other, a grin was plastered onto his features, “Or perhaps you took up your troubling making brother’s habits?” He continued, attempting to prod a response out of him.

Normally when first encountering a new person, Orca would be rude. Especially when Venus wasn’t at her side to try and correct her. But something about the robot in front of her felt... different. Stronger. She liked it.

“You. What’s your name?”

Tiger had gone off exploring that day. Normally he was supposed to be helping Devil guard the factory, but Devil was strong- she didn’t need him. In his mind, the factory was plenty protected and safe. Therefore, he had time for himself, and wanted to explore adjacent worlds.

The moment he stepped out of the portal, he ran into someone- smaller than him, with large fins on his helmet and a sleek black design. A robot that Tiger had never seen before. Already, things were getting interesting!

“Oh, sorry about that, I didn’t see you.” Tiger sheepishly rubbed the back of his fuzzy head.

                               though it appeared that he was staring straight through this kid, he was actually just scanning them,     —    or at least tried to.    every attempt was FUTILE, only resulting in static.  bonnie, now slightly annoyed with himself, would pause abruptly, as he caught a glimpse of his own reflection staring straight back at him within the kid’s eyes.   HE  WAS  A  MESS.   somehow, the animatronic huffs quietly, his dimly-lit luminous eyes staring towards the ground, causing his metal frame to creak in an uncomfortable manner. 

                              ❛  ...m-M̴̱͌y  baD̶͕͒.  ❜        bonnie scratched the back of his head, eyelids drooped with furrowed brows.  his words sounded strangled, producing static noises that were absolutely disturbing to hear.  BONNIE  HATED  IT.    ❛   —j-jU̸͕̼͘-st notIceD̸̪͙̽͠  thE̴̦̝͠  f-fa-faZ̸̯̀͐watcH̶̘̺̀́, —  i haD̸̮̳̒n’t seÊ̶͕͋n thoS̸̤̹̏e in A̵̻͠  w-wh-whiL̷̤̕e.  ❜   bonnie's eyes shift back at the kid, pointing at the aforementioned watch.     ❛  n-nO̴͚̕  douBt freD̴͎͋ ̷ ̸̢̅dy gavḚ̸̚  yoU̸͍͒  thĂ̷̘t,  huḦ̵̭́?  ❜    bonnie would let out a pitiful laugh, the glitches making it unintentionally eerie.    ❛  ...W̴̦̅ ̷̰͐-wh-whA̶̢̛̦t’s youR̵̺̖̓̕ naM̸̩̄e, kḮ̸̗d?  ❜                              (  translation:  ‘my bad.’ ‘just noticed the fazwatch, — i hadn’t seen those in a while.’ ‘no doubt freddy gave you that, huh?’ ‘what’s your name, kid?  )

"sometimes i feel like the ghosts of my past are always with me. iaore soft blue eyes lifted from the ground to take in the jackal across from her. there was a brusqueness she couldn't quite place and the slightest feeling of danger though she couldn't quite place it. instincts were something her grandfather always told her to trust, it was the one thing all living beings shared. the only ignorant beings that chose to ignore their defenses were humans. still...she liked the benefit of the doubt first in putting her trust in people.

"sometimes i feel like the ghosts of my past are always with me. i always hope that maybe one day they'll fall away...but maybe they won't. what ghosts follow you?"
