Costar!Gold: I'm editing together Ruby's BTS camera footage, and there's an interesting scene from when you and Belle went to that music festival. I'm not sure if you're aware, but when Belle handed you the camera so she could put on her makeup, your reflection was caught in the mirror. Your expression while watching Belle was packed with enough electricity and want to power the entirety of New York. What happens if Belle sees that footage?
I.... can't imagine what you're referring to. Belle and I attended the Santa Monica Music Festival as guest hosts a few months ago, and I vaguely remember that she was filming some of it for Ruby Lucas' 'video diaries' portion of the DVD special. I fought tooth and nail to appear in none of that footage, but I suppose there's a chance the camera might have caught me at some point or other.
Belle is a beautiful, talented young woman. Any man would notice that. But even if the camera did catch me in an unguarded moment, I’m sure all one could sensibly read from any expression is admiration and friendly affection. I’m sure no one would be stupid enough to attempt to mind-read a virtual stranger based on a stolen glance.
On second thought: no, that sounds exactly like something an idiot would do. As Belle French is no idiot, I think I am safe from any misinterpretations of my conduct. I only hope you have the sensitivity to delete any such footage, to prevent others from arriving at the same daft conclusions.
