Lookin' for a flexible, fun set of rules to jump start your next Build-A-City Challenge? Interested in trying an integrated economy in your save? CITY OF 2MORROW RULES (STANDARD VERSION 5) Create a government, grow the economy, and maintain a healthy population of 25 to 125 sims as you level up through various challenges. Minimum thresholds, bonuses, and penalties vary by level.
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
Complete challenges to advance from a meager settlement to a megacity - or less if you prefer. Reach Level 3 (easy/start at §50K), Levels 4-5 (normal/start at §300K) or Levels 6-10 (hard/start at §500K).
Build whatever you wish – lot requirements are based on TYPE (residential, community, government) and SIMOLOGY (satisfy motives, skills, wants, and hobbies).
ADJUST RULES AS NEEDED You decide the time, setting, and layout of your city. You won’t be forced to unlock/limit default game functions, buildings, subhoods, or start your city from scratch. Play in rounds, or with Story Progression (2021), and mix in other challenges whenever you want.
