Lol coach 2 was giving a lesson on performance quality and she made valid points but also do you think she recognizes that some of the shit she's saying, especially about how no one is doing it when EVERYONE is doing, is part of the reason that I was in a fucking mental hospital for a week and a half.
The fate of my guard is unknown at this current point and that's horrifying because we were all kinda promised that our coaches would be there for us but now they both want to retire and. Ty has nowhere near enough credits and neither does jd and Lisa never came back this year and. My guard isn't gonna have the good instructors we thought we would always have and my guard may just go into the shitter which is awful when you realize how much we've grown these past few years and all of that may very well be lost in the span of only a few months because we won't have our instructors anymore. It's just scary to think about idk.
