It's monstera monday in the plant community and misc monday on this blog, so this week I'm making monstera leaf coasters!
They're made from felt and cork with some embroidery detail. The two layers were glued with fabric glue but since I don't know how will the glue will hold up with heat I chose to blanket stitch all around the coasters as well.
I super suck at embroidery and this took way longer than expected!
With some scrap felt I'm also -attempting- to make beaded monstera leaf earrings! Unfortunately I'm not happy with the design so far and will have to re-do it/get some other beads...
