so why is the humans' solution to every major crises in the mega man x timeline "let's build more robots to kill the old ones" despite the last four rounds of that idea getting infected with viruses

I’d say it's because humans aren't exactly equipped to go romping around fighting super-powerful androids! (And maybe they aren't the most creative bunch). You’d think they’d try and at least armor themselves or something since human are the only people who can’t get infected by the Maverick Virus, but I think they keep going the Maverick Hunter route because in terms of pure power and survivability, Reploids have got them beat. Humans in the MMX universe put more effort into creating Reploids with better firewalls and virus protection (or at least, trying to) than figuring out ways to do the job themselves. I like imagining that most of the people studying the Maverick Virus were human though, because they could be hands-on with it without going Maverick.

There’s also the question of why humans didn’t stop producing Reploids once they realized the Maverick Virus was a serious problem, but honestly I think it’s because 21XX’s society improved so quickly with the help of Reploids. To cut them out of the equation would mean losing all the advancements made because of them!

Do you know if/where I can watch Evangelion online? Started on kissanime but the links went down. (I'm broke, no Netflix or anything)

How've you been tackling BOTW? I really love seeing how different people do it in different ways, no playthrough is the same. Personally I've been doing more story stuff over anything else because i'm an author and Big Meaty Plot fuels my soul

I’ve been doing story when I can, but the game can be pretty difficult so I tend to over-prepare myself. Not sure if the divine beast boss battles were supposed to be super difficult, I always used health boosting items and defense up items during those fights so I barely took any damage. It’s kinda weird to me though cuz there’s things outside the divine beasts that can one shot you even with all those buffs active (I had a particularly hard time with the Yiga clan hideout, not with its boss though). I’m kinda interested to see all the side stuff as well, so I’m gonna do as much of that as I can before I go off to Hyrule Castle (I finished the last divine beast last night). Definitely always eager to see story though. I love the characters in these games
