what uses of my gifs am i ok with?
the occasional aesthetic use for a web page or blog theme, as long as my watermark isn't cropped out ✅

what uses of my gifs am i NOT ok with?
reuploading almost my entire library of work with little to no change (and this includes just adding your funny or relatable caption, i don't consider that transformative enough) just so you can build a following on social media ❌ (i have actually had this happen to me before 🤢)
literally any use where you crop out my watermark because you think it's ugly or you downloaded it in a weird way that cropped it out (and probably also made it really blurry and ugly looking, i want you to have the best quality because everyone should have access to that) ❌
basically i like when it's used alongside real life interactions or passion projects, and i don't like when it's used because you don't know how to make anything yourself and you want attention online without any effort. i make thousands of gifs and i've spent over 10 years learning the optimal way to edit them and to apply my own personal touches to them, so i deserve to have that tiny watermark in the corner with my name on it 🙂 i am not attempting to claim ownership over the content featured in the gifs, just the work put into the gif itself. if you need completely unwatermarked footage then check out my youtube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/@triforceprincess1 )
and also i won't bite you if you want to put it on your blog theme or share it with your discord friends. it's ok
(sometimes i wonder if someday i should make stock gifs with no color editing done to them so i don't have to put my watermark on it and it'll be totally free use and then everyone will be happy...maybe if i run out of games to gif i'll have to do that...)
