🥐 FREEZING COBS SCONES 🥐 #eatdeliciouscomfortfoods #bakery #cobsbreadpickering 🥐 We discovered a neat scone-saving tip and it’s to freeze them! So to keep our stash of scones up over the end of December and to reduce the number of times we needed to run out for scones, we picked up a large stash of savoury and sweet scones and individually wrapped them before we put them in the freezer. ✨ I’m in search of some good scone-sized silicone bags, so that we can reduce our use of the one-time use plastics - although we do re-use them as much as possible.
