Panfandom means we accept anything! (As previously stated by Cho) It doesn't matter if your character is from a novel, game, anime... we're open for it all, as long as it's not a fandom listed on our blacklist. (Can be found under guidelines.)

Not really. There's just the group chat of us mods. I've been considering on building a chatbox into the blog, but it's just me being lazy and the code doesn't want how i want to.

If you want to reserve a character, just write a thing like "may i reserve [insert character name here] from [insert series] here?" or something like this. c: Unless you want to apply for your character instantly, then you first have to check the masterlist if your character is free and then follow the instructions of the application form!
I have a Cain blog already made from Starfighter so I was wondering if I could also reserve him.. Or do you guys not allow being two characters from the same series?
