where did you hear about the collar thing??
One of my professors mentioned it in passing when we were talking about upcoming animated films back in December. We were talking about how we were unsure about Zootopia because the teaser didn’t do it justice, and he mentioned that he wasn’t sure where they were going now that they removed the collar plot. I didn’t think much of it until I saw that gif set!
He didn’t go into detail or anything, but since the plot had changed he just sort of mentioned it before he shrugged and said we’d just hafta trust that the team knew what they were doing.
what do we even call this au?
steve and tony getting super drunk and almost kissing but tony stops it bc even though tony really, REALLY wants it to happen, steve is is ENGAGED and he can’t let that fly
there have been a few csa survivors who have made commentary about that like "its a relief that there are ppl who ARENT making it sexual" but im just not sure. i havent seen anyone rly saying anything against things that are simply like a continuation of canon, but i have seen lots of commentary (that i agree with) on sexual stuff so im rly not sure. is the canon continuation thing a bad thing?
yeye i got ya yo (i answered those two asks in a post because it is a good question)
exploring narrative and storytelling and character design by means of aging characters without the purpose of sexualizing or shipping or romanticizing them is A-OK and actually really fun, and like you mentioned, a welcoming relief when “aged up” is fuckin synonymous with Garbage by now
i find it very "funny" how ppl blame chara for killing everyone in no mercy when that was literally the player and the player is given every single possible chance to change their course but they dont. they could have changed their course and the course of chara. but no.
and then chara explicitly says they acted only due to the player’s guidance
and then they call the player out on creating and destroying the world again and again out of a ‘perverted sentimentality’
and then they even suggest that the player try a route that isn’t no mercy
and yet people still blame chara
i love your undertale infected au! love the asriel/frisk going on and the character designs
Thank you so much! I’m happy you like the designs ;v; @tifamex guided me to the frisriel hell I must admit
