Got a Pizza Tower AU in the works! Going to call it Cocktail Tower!
The main man Peppino is a bartender and owns a tavern instead of a pizzeria. So far I have references for Peppino and Gustavo, written ideas for other characters, and I definitely plan on making more in the future!
Some heads up about the Cocktail Tower & my blog in general:
More mature topics will show up in this, and I will put warning when the time comes, but this is the heads up about all that. For that reason, my blog is going to be 18+. PLEASE HAVE YOU AGE IN YOUR BIO!
I am completely cool with others to draw my fellas, so don't worry! Go nuts with the interactions! A lot of other PT AU's and OC's inspired me to make this, and I plan on making pieces of my AU interacting with other AU's.
Please don't spam asks. I am not interacting with those, period.
I may or may not make an additional blog to keep it separate from my main, but that's for future me to figure out.
It may take me some time to respond to asks, as I have two part time jobs and summer classes.
Some responses may only be in text, and I will color or label accordingly if I do so. Some responses might also have a drawing! It honestly depends on the ask itself.
This is still very much a WIP, so updates and changes are likely to occur.

Peppino Negroni
Owner and mixologist of Peppino’s Tavern.
38 yrs. old.
5'8"
American-Italian. Raised in the south of the US and initially spoke with a southern drawl, but code-switches to Italian to give a better presentation of himself towards others. Only uses his drawl if he is completely comfortable. Southern expressions (i.e., y'all & dagnammit) may still show up when emotional or caught of guard.
Hospitality is in his blood. He will gladly help someone if it is in his capability.
Always have to be doing something. Either that be cleaning up or simply talking to someone, anything works.
Is able to keep his anxiety from showing, but can quickly crack under pressure if he gets surprised. When heavily stressed, he bites his fingers. He wears cloth gloves in hope to stop his bad habit or at least cover it.
Gustavo & Sous the Rabbit
Cook at Peppino's Tavern.
37 yrs. old.
Gustavo is 4'10" and Sous is 8"
Is good friends with Peppino, but is more reserved and stern when it comes to others. Due to having a more reserved personality, it can be hard for him to connect to others, but he is willing to try if the other seems genuine.
The adopted introvert to Peppino's extrovert and has help Peppino through many hurdles during his time knowing Peppino. If there is something Peppino isn't willing to talk about, most definitely Gustavo has heard, seen, or consoled about it.
Sous is a black & white French Lop rabbit.
Sous appeared outside the tavern one day injured. Gustavo took pity and helped bring Sous back to health. Sous decided to not leave Gustavo nor the tavern, and since then has been Gustavo's pet. He seems to also like Peppino, but will always go to Gustavo first if he is in the room.
So Cocktail Tower won from the recent survey! It will most likely consist of revisions since I do already have some stuff out. Give me like a week or two my brain is currently distracted elsewhere.
This time I'm going to give it a week as per my comment of allowing myself a break. Once it's done I'll get to writing and drawing pronto! How long it would take for that...I dunno, maybe a week or two? Honestly depends. Tbh these polls are a good way for me to be motivated on these.
Runs the Pizino (Pizza Casino) with his wife Hazel (Noisette).
Age: 40
Was a famous TV persona when he was younger, but has since fallen off due to causing safety violations via explosives on live TV. He currently controls his own personal broadcast within the tower as its leading news anchor.
Loves Noisette, but the relationship between them has been strained due to Pokerface and his 'methods'.
Favorite drink: Anything that isn't cheap.
I do have a happy ending for Theodore! He is only starting from a very bad place (warned appropriately). His ending roughly goes as followed:
After the defeat of the Tower, Theodore will think it is best for him to put focus back on his mental health and relationships.
Will take therapy and get a better understanding of what he went through. He will find that he will have PTSD from his time in the Tower however.
Sometimes he would stop by Peppino's Tavern to talk with Peppino, Gustavo, and or Phillip, getting a water or soda.
Would later create his own a radio station, hiring others to help him (Doise, Dougie Jones, and many other minor characters), and would always visit Hazel for lunch when working.

Pokerface's overworking would lead Theodore into a downfall in his mental health and caused his more 'explosive' aspects of his personality to come to the surface, as well as forming a strong dependence on cigarettes and booze.
When Pokerface noticed this, they used it to their advantage and would manipulate Theodore to become his old Noise persona. This was often done by withholding and then oversupplying Theodore's addictions, isolating him from his wife by placing her in her own 'establishment' while lying about her whereabouts, and making Theodore form a gambling addiction to place false hope of him leaving.
The cumulative abuse made Theodore form a codependency with Pokerface that relied on him being The Noise at all times, which pleased Pokerface up till the final fight at the top of the Tower.
