currently, i have pre rapture glee for the following reasons:
the first, i had a dream last evening in which i successfully robbed a bank in new york city aided solely by the subway knowledge of Fell Magazine.
the second, i shall be playing this saturday at The Brig on york street, followed by a stop over in Cornwall for what will later be known as 'the night i lost my virginity, for the 6th time'. If you have a vehicle, no desire to live, and a vast library of puns please join us. details found here.
the third, and most exciting, at least for me, will take place this monday afternoon, May 23rd, inside Fall Down Gallery located at 288 Bank Street surrounding the witching hour of 2pm. For the past little bit ive been nervously creating a mixtape for the wondrous Coco Cole, an across the way radio dj located in the U.K. This little lady was kind enough, or perhaps drunk enough at the time, to not only ask me for a mixtape for her show but to also select an array of songs that will compose the remainder of the hour long program. Coco Electro airs at 9pm fancy pants time on University Radio York which translates into about 3pm our time. So if you wish to, join us for a live listening party. There will be drinks, a shop dog, snacks, a wide variety of banter, one boy almost at the edge of barfing due to anxiety, and consumer related goods as brought on by the remarkable people at the Gallery itself.
