You loved everyone you ever met with all of your heart. Even our cats. You got bit by a copperhead bc you tried to make friends with it. You ate everything in our house. Everything. Even thumbtacks, staples, and puzzle pieces. You learned how to talk with those funny buttons.

You still had more words to learn, puffer. You let old mimi kitty outlive you.

Thank you for wagging your tail when you saw me on sunday, even though you were in lots of pain. I'm glad i could help break your fever and ease some of that pain. I'm sorry that the mass in your intestines was starving you to death. Im sorry it was inoperable. Im sorry that you never got to wake up from a surgery that was supposed to save you.

I will miss you so much, pupperino. You had so much more life to live. Rest in peace, my love.
