Succulent Cocoa Puffs Brownies combine the crunch of Cocoa Puffs cereal with the rich flavors of cocoa. Ideal for chocolate enthusiasts of all age groups!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup Cocoa Puffs cereal. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Heat the butter in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, then thoroughly mix in the powdered sugar. To the butter-sugar mixture, add the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth. Add the salt, all-purpose flour, and cocoa powder and sift. Mix and stir until the batter is smooth and well combined. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and Cocoa Puffs cereal and fold gently. Distribute the brownie mixture evenly in the baking pan that has been greased. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist avoid overbaking. Take out of the oven and leave the brownies in the pan to cool for approximately fifteen minutes. Cut the brownies into squares once they have cooled, then dig in!
