Oh man, when I was in college I would plan out my week down to the minute because I let myself slack so much at one point. It really helped though, especially when I scheduled in, like, 5 minute yoga breaks. Every Sunday I went through all of my syllabi and other notes I made to see what needed to be done. It was actually super helpful to have a planner that just told me what to do lol But I feel ya girl. College demands a lot of self-control and discipline, but you got this :)
Yeah, I need to start doing that. In high school I barely had to put in any effort and still got good grades and so coming to college has been a huge shock especially now that I’m taking harder classes. I think planning each day that much would drive me even more crazy but I do need to use my planner a lot more. Thanks!
