It was ten days of: . - no wifi/phone/laptop or contact with the outside world 💻 . - no makeup, perfume, lotion #coconutoillife . - shampoo made out of cactus 🌵 . - mountain views & waterfall hikes 🌲 . - legit lifelong friendships formed 👫 . - a fuck ton of vegetables 🥒 . - quality hammock and sunshine time ☀️ . - plant medicine ceremonies 🙋🏼 . - going deep within ♥️ . - getting even clearer on the life/biz I want 💃 . - did I mention NO wifi? 🙈 . I feel like a completely different human with millions of layers shed, direction received, and insights (currently being) integrated. .
