Ingredients: 2 packs of Tim Tam biscuits. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 can 400g sweetened condensed milk. 200g dark chocolate, melted. Extra shredded coconut for coating.
Instructions: In a food processor, crush Tim Tam biscuits until fine crumbs form. Crushed Tim Tams, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk should all be combined in a big bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed and a thick dough forms. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls with your hands, then arrange them on a tray that has been lined. To firm up the balls, put the tray in the refrigerator for thirty minutes. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or over simmering water in a heatproof bowl. Make sure every chilled ball is thoroughly coated by dipping it into the melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, place the balls coated in chocolate back on the tray and top with additional shredded coconut. Refrigerate for a further half hour, or until the chocolate coating solidifies. Present the renowned Coconut Tim Tam Balls and savor them!
