Spoilers for Fenn's Enchanted & Entwined route ahead!

I really loved Fenn's route in the event story!!! I'll come back and edit this post with pictures later since I'm definitely reading it three more times. Buuut for now I'm fan-bying (fanperson-ing? Fanenbying? "Screaming into at my phone" works) out.

They dropped so much information and background to Fenn and I'm?? Wasn't expecting that at all! Thought it was going to be "They found the assassin, have a short fight scene, everyone goes home happy" but then Kerrian? Fenn's piece of shit dad? Them casually having a family discussion about how much they hate Fenn? A whole fight that Louis sanctioned with Fenn's little brother trying to kill him in his bedroom? And aLL WHILE MC IS BEING HELD IN LOUIS' ARMS BEING FORCED TO WATCH IT ALL GO DOWN BECAUSE HE'S A CREEPY FUCK WHO USED ANCIENT MAGIC ON HER? Like she was forced to be subjected to him stroking her cheek saying he was going steal her from Fenn. BYE.

That whole family situation is so messy and honestly? As wrong as it feels to say it I'm living for it! Fenn just got a boost on my husbando thanks to this event. I look forward to his act 2 SO much now! I'm so glad Louis got more dimensions on his neglectful parenting beyond "I'm selfish and too busy dipping my wick in everything that moves to worry about my kids :D" because that shit? THAT SHIT? I really wanted to punch him and squeeze the stuffing out of Fenn
