Nygorn the Monitor/Last Monitor - an old Nova villain from Marvel Two-in-One Annual #3 (he also appeared in Quasar #13-16)
Skar - a Killraven villain from several issues of his book
Skeletron - he was original
Threkker - Captain America Annual #3 (he also appeared in Quasar #13-16)
Trieste - she was original (but part of Tamara Rahn’s race)
Xlyym - Giant-Size Defenders #3
Zardok - Journey into Mystery #83! (watch out, Korg!)
