How to Make a Compact Spotify Embed Player

In case anyone else is wondering how to make the Spotify embed player a little less… giant, here's a quick trick I found. 😅

Just copy and paste this CSS to your style tag

iframe[src="spotify.com"] { width: 100% !important; height: 152px !important; border-radius: 12px !important; margin: 15px 0 !important; border: none !important; overflow: hidden !important; transition: transform 0.3s ease, box-shadow 0.3s ease !important; } iframe[src="spotify.com"]:hover { transform: translateY(-2px) !important; box-shadow: 0 8px 20px rgba(0,0,0,0.15) !important; }

And that's pretty much it!

You can also tweak the width and height values to make it fit your theme exactly how you want. I just prefer the smaller version since it takes up less space and looks a bit cleaner on the page.

do you know how to put a transparent image on the background? i don't find any tutorialdsjkghre

so umm just like a background image?

umm well first of all you need an image

             copy and paste that code under

 put the image link where it needs to go, 

to edit where the picture is. just edit the number where it says left: on that code

and you might need to retype all the quotation marks if it doesnt work
