I'm out of asks right now... but here's an idea: [don't worry it's not NSFW or anything, I just don't want the plot COMPLETELY out in the open...]

Abyss, my character, finds Noir alone and decides to investigate the girl, who seems different from the other human beings. [Abyss is a ghost/demon....] She finds her and wants to help her as she runs from the gov't officials, who have located her current hideout. I'm not sure if I'm getting all of this down right for your character, but we can work that out and move from there.
