Well my feelings are sufficiently hurt this morning.
My mom referred to my niece as “some of my BEST work” and that’s how I know she just sees us all as projects.
I’m having a really hard time with the things I’ve been starting to notice since I moved back home because I am violently protective of my mother and I cannot admit she did anything wrong raising us but like… idk man. I don’t know how to deal with these thoughts and emotions.
The cognitive dissonance is real tonight.
