Happy Friday! Yesterday, Week 16 of the International Vintage Recipe Tour 2020 was posted on the blog! This week takes us to Fiji via the kitchen to make a fast to prepare, fantastic fish dish that tastes of coconuts, day dreams and relaxed island living. We also learn all about bula, the island country’s inspiring manifesto for living and approaching life. It’s a beautiful way of looking at the world that anyone can practice, even during the pandemic, as we stay home and sequester. 🌺 There’s a lot of things we can’t do just yet (like hop on a plane to Fiji!) but we can still enjoy a little tropical paradise anytime we want via the kitchen.
