🐺– He had been playfully stalking the other from afar, his ‘hunting’ instincts awakening for some reason. He wasn’t going to actually hunt the programmer, but rather, he wanted to surprise them. 

Hiding behind some bushes he advanced slowly, waiting for Chihiro to walk away before he finally scooted in their direction, giving a light leap before he pinned them to the sand softly.

‘’Got you!’’, he laughed, carefully getting off from on top of them before helping them stand up again. ‘’Are you okay?’’

Nidai looked down at the small student standing before him. It was always exciting to get a new athlete to call his own, and this person would be no exception. Though, he admittedly didn’t know much about them.

“Before I accept, I’m not sure that we’ve properly met before. We will change that right now. WHAT IS YOUR NAME, ATHLETE!?”

Nidai’s booming voice seemed like it would knock the small framed student off their feet, but it seemed that they were standing their ground. This was a good sign.

It wasn’t unusual for Byakuya to be called to the ER in the middle of his lunch--and people wondered why he never gained weight--today was no exception as he left his office in a hurry, leaving a half-eaten apple to oxidize on his desk. The emergency patient was a student from the affiliated academy, there was apparently an accident in the gymnasium which led to the student suffering blunt force trauma to the head; he got there expecting a coding patient but to his surprise they weren’t.

Byakuya called out for an emergency procedure to drain the blood around the patient’s brain to increase their chances of survival, he got himself scrubbed up and began the procedure; after many hours it was a success and the student was brought to the intensive care unit. Many days had passed with the student yet to wake, everyday Byakuya would come in to check on his patient to see if their pupils would react to light or if they would wake up today.
