IT WASN’T HIS FAULT THAT he wasn’t a romantic on any level of that spectrum. of course he tried with those he liked but any kind of dramatic, romantic movie never held his interest. “is it really that bad that i haven’t seen it?” at least he wasn’t flat out saying no though it’s not like he had a choice -- nor would he ever really tell her no. he sits down on the couch as he watches her move around the living room. “isn’t it like...super long or something? what if i fall asleep? will you be mad at me?” he questions, bringing a hand up to chew on one of his nails. he was most likely going to fall asleep either way.
