Kiss You- CHAPTER 1

Chapter 1:

Emily's POV- I woke up from hearing my phone go off.  As i groaned, i reached for my phone and checked the caller id.  It was my best friend Sara, Sara is blonde and very pretty even though she's sort of innocent looking.  She always tells me how pretty I am but I just don't see it.  Let me tell you about myself, I'm Emily.  I live in Canada with my parents and my older sister.  My parents are best friends with Sara's parents because our dad's work together which is how Sara and I met.  We've been best friends since we were 2.  I am just a normal girl, I go to school, hang out with my friends and am using technology for more than half of my life.  I have no luck with boys, i'm 15 and I havent even had my first kiss yet. I guess boys don't really pay much interest in me because i'm shy. I also think its because i'm not very pretty.  Anyways, I love my life.  Canada is amazing and I have amazing friends.  

I answered Sara's call. 

Phone Convo:

S- Hey Emily! 

E- SARA YOU WOKE ME UP!

S- Sorry Em, but I have news...

E- What is it?

S- I think your parents should tell you

E- UGH SARA YOU WOKE ME UP FOR NOTHING!

S- Em, you really need to be a better morning person haha

E- Sorry Sar, your right haha. Should I go talk to my parents now? What is it? Is it bad?

S- Just go tell them I called and told you that there is news, okay? bye Em.

And she hung up on me. She seemed sort of pissed off and in a rush. I better go talk to my parents. I love my parents even though i only really see my mom most of the time. But they brought me and Hailey up well and we love them.  

I go downstairs and see my parents sitting in the living room with Hailey. The conversation starts when I sit on the couch.

Convo:

Mom- Oh Emily! your awake! come sit, we need to talk to you and Hailey.

E- Okay mom.

Dad- So girls, you know we love it here in canada right?

Hailey- Yeah? Whats going on?

Dad- Well you know how important my job is to me.

E- Is this what Sara was calling about?

Mom- What your dad is trying to say is, girls, were moving.

Hailey- What?!

E- You mean houses right?

Dad- No, me and Mr. Johnson got offered to be in charge of our firm in Australia!

E and Hailey- WHAT!?!? AUSTRALIA!!!!

Mom- Now don't worry girls, Emily, Sara is coming too and Hailey, Jack (Sarahs older brother) is coming, so you girls will have friends and it will be fun!

E- NO mom this can't be happening! what about Canada? We love it here!

Mom- I know, but you heard your father. This is a great oppurtunity and Australia is beautiful!

Hailey- This can't be happening! I dont want to move away!

Dad- Sorry girls, go pack, we leave tomorrow.

E- TOMORROW AND YOU ONLY TOLD US NOW!?

Mom- emily, calm down. Your gonna like it. Now go pack.

You go pack and call Sara on ichat while your packing.

Ichat Convo:

E- Oh god Sar! you could have warned me that the news was not good news.

S- What do you mean em? This is gonna be fun! Dont worry! we still have eachother!

E- but what about everyone else?

S- We can make new friends! 

E- I guess your right. Are you packing?

S- Yeah, Wanna go to the mall and buy some new clothes? 

E- Great idea Sar! I need bikinis for the beach! come over in 20 minutes, i'll get Hailey to come and drive us.

S- Okay bye em love you

E- bye sar, luv yah!

End of convo

You and Sara are close with Hailey because shes only a year older than you guys.  You go ask her to come to the mall and she says yes.  Then you go ask your parents for money.  They say because you need a lot of stuff cause your moving they would give you their credit cards.  You go show Hailey and you guys get changed for your trip to the mall.

The drive to the mall is quick and once you get there you head straight for the stores.  You run into a few friends and tell them that you guys are moving to australia.  There all upset and they text all your other friends.  By the end of the day the whole school knows your moving away.

We got home and packed it all away into bags.  That night I went online and looked at my new schools website and my new house and the area and beach that i live near.  It all looked so fun and i was actually quite excited to leave tomorrow!

When I woke up my parents were going crazy packing everything up.  Once everything was ready we had 2 hours until our flight so we had to hurry up.  We got to the airport and met up with the johnsons.  Hailey and Jack were actually dating and they were so cute together.  I want a boyfriend like that, I just want a real relationship.  I told sara about how I looked up australia online and told her how cool it looked and she said she was excited too! Once we got on the plane we decided to watch a few movies and then go to sleep.  We watched Crazy Stupid Love, Easy A, Mean Girls, and a couple episodes of gossip girl and then fell asleep.  When I woke up, Hailey was towering over me telling me we just landed.

Something Like Love~Chapter 20

Sophia's P.O.V~ I woke up before Cody did and decided to go downstairs and get something to drink. As I got out of bed and my feet hit the cold floor, I shivered a little and walked over and grabbed my socks out of one of my bags and slipped them on. I walked out of the room quietly and walked downstairs. I opened the fridge and just starred at it for a minute, then decided on some orange juice. I walked over and grabbed a cup out of the cabinet and then poured myself a small glass. I lend on the island and thought about how Cody asked me about my mum this morning. I sighed and tried not to think about her. You see, my mum died a week after my first birthday. She died of breast cancer and she was only 22 years old. I sighed and closed my eyes to try and put away the thought for now. My stomach growled and I smiled at the distraction. I walked over to the fridge and opened it. I was really in the mood for some bacon so I decided to make some for all of us. I also decided to make some eggs to go with it. As the bacon was done cooking and then eggs were on, I walked over and started to set the table. Soon, I heard everyone walking downstairs talking and laughing. Ali was the first one in the kitchen. I laughed as she ran over to me and hugged me tightly. "Merry Christmas!!" she said with a huge smile on her face. "And do I smell bacon?" she asked wondering off and walking over to the table. I laughed and then looked up as Mr. and Mrs. Simpson walked over to me and kissed my cheek. "It smells amazing Sophia!" Mrs. Simpson said. "Thank you. I hope you don't mind that I cooked." I said. "Of course not!" they said at the same time. I smiled as then both told Ali to wait for everyone else and then they left to the table too. I looked back up and seen Cody standing their starring at me with a smile across his lips. "Yes?" I asked raising my eyebrows at him. He walked closer to me. "You're amazing, you know that right?" he said wrapping is arms around me. I smiled. "Yeah I know." I said with a giggle. Cody smiled his beautiful smile at me. "I mean it. You're the best girlfriend any guy could ask for." he said and I felt myself blush and I looked down. Cody put his hand under my chin and brought my attention back up to him. He lend down and placed a soft kiss on my lips. I smiled and then said that we should get to the table. "If we must." he said and I laughed. Cody reached down and interlocked his hand with mine as we walked into the room. I sat down in between Cody and Ali. Ali slipped her hand in mine as we said grace. Once we were all done, we all let go of each others hands and started to eat. I looked over at Cody as he moved his hand under the table and placed it on my knee. He smerk on his face and he looked away. "To can play at this game." I thought to myself. I moved my hand and rested it on his. I waited till he started talking to his mum and dad about the party tonight to moved my hand over to his leg. Only, my hand wen't onto his thigh while his rested on my knee. I looked over to him as I did this and seen his jaw clench and I smiled to myself. "Round two-Sophia." I thought and then looked back over to Ali as she started talking to me about how she didn't know what to wear tonight. I started to say something to her but my breath was trapped in my chest as I felt his hand slowly move up my leg and stop just under my hip. I looked over at him and he was smiling at me. "Round three-Cody." I sighed. I looked away from him and back at Ali. "You know Ali, you should really come back to Middleton with me. Their are some amazing shops their that I think you would love." I said. "Not to mention the cute country boys that are everywhere." after I said that, Cody's grip got tighter and I moved my hand up his at the same time. "That sounds amazing! Maybe for the New Years or something? I know you and Cody are flying out tonight after the party, maybe we could work something out?" she said looking at her parents. "Yeah. That would be perfect!" I said and she smiled bigger. Ali got lend over and hugged me tightly and said thank you. "For what?" I asked her with a smile. "Just...everything!" she said. "Well, you're welcome." I said. "Hey Sophia, don't you think we should go and pack our stuff for tonight?" I heard Cody ask and I looked over at him. He looked back with pleading eyes. "Um, yeah I guess so." I said and looked away. Cody moved his hand off my leg and I got up to wash my dishes but I was stopped by Mrs. Simpson. "I'll take care of that since you cooked breakfast." "Are you sure?" I asked her. "Of course! Go on and pack." she said with a smile. "Thank you." I called back to her as Cody came and took my hand and dragged me up the stairs. Cody pulled me into the room and closed the door behind him. He turned to me and pushed me up on the wall. He looked at me with love and lust in his eyes and I felt myself smile. Cody lend so that both of his arms were on either side of me and I was trapped in the middle of him. I stepped closer to him, pushing my body on his. Next thing I know, Cody crashed his lips on him while wrapping his arms around my waist tightly. Our tongues entwined with each other and I felt Cody lift me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and he gripped me tighter. We went over to the bed and laid down, all without breaking away from our kiss. Cody moved so that we were laying down and his body was fully on mine. He broke away from our kiss, only to bend down and start kissing my neck, leaving a few love bites. I started gasping for air the moment our lips were apart. I moved so that my hands were entangled in his hair. I felt him smile on my neck and I smiled too. "Man, if that's what I get for putting my hand on you're leg..." he said and I laughed. "Hey, you started it!" I said. "Yeah yeah. But don't even act like it bothered you." he said. "I'm not." I said. Cody looked down at me with his beautiful blue eyes and smiled. I cupped his face with my hands. "I love you." "I love you too, Sophia." he said. "Now, I think we should get up before someone walks in." I laughed. "Yeah, I guess so." he said standing up and taking me with him. Just then their was a knock on the door. "Come in." he said as I was looking through my suite case for something to wear. "Hey, sorry to bother you guys," came Cody's mums sweet voice. "Sophia, do you think I can talk to Cody for a moment please?" she asked looking at me. "Of course. I need to go ask Ali something anyway." I said and smiled at her. I walked by Cody and smiled at me. I walked down the hall and knocked on Ali's door. "Who is it?" I heard her ask. "Sophia." I said. "It's just you right? Cody's not with you?" she asked and I laughed. "No he's not." I said. "Okay you can come in then." she said and I walked into her room. I noticed why she wanted to know if Cody was with me. Because she was in her bra and underwear. "I'm sorry. I just can't find a freaking dress to wear!" she said and I laughed. "You're fine! And feel free to go through my suit case for dresses." I said and her face lit up. "Thank you!!" She said and slipped on a pair of sweatpants and a jacket. "Have you decided what to where?" "Nope." I said with a smile. I turned around when I heard a slight knock on the door and seen Cody standing their. "Hey Soph, can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked me and he had a huge smile on his face. "Of course." I said. "Ali, give me like 10 minutes and I promise I'll have a dress for you." I said as Cody came and took my hand, pulling me out of the room. "Okay. Thank you!" I hear her say. Once we were back in the room, Cody looked at me for a moment. "Sophia, I love you. You know that right?" "Of course I do." I said. "Good. Because, I want you to be able to tell me anything and everything." he said. "I want you to know that you can trust me." "I know that I can. Cody, what it this about?" I asked and he came over a took my hands in his. "Soph, my ex girlfriend was texting me this morning, and she was saying that she wanted to take about what happened between us." he said and I could feel my heart racing. "Cody..." I started to say. "But, I'm not going to. I know that I'm in love with you and you're the only person that I want to be with. Forever." He said. I let out a deep breath and smiled at him. "Good, because I don't know what I would do without you." I whispered and then slapped him. "What was that for?" he asked with and amused expression. "That was for scarring the hell out of me." I said and he laughed and then lend down to kiss me. "I'm sorry." he said. "It's alright. Thank you for telling me about it. But, lets just get our stuff packed and get ready for this party tonight." I said. "Alright." he said and kissed me lightly.

Something Like Love~Chapter 16

I didn't know what to do or what to think. When me and Cody walked back into the hotel, I keeped my head down but I could feel a few eyes on me. Cody's grip on my waist got a little tighter. Once we got into the elevator, Cody lend his head on mine while a few more people walked into the elevator. "It's going to be alright." He whispered and then kissed my cheek. I looked down at my feet and sighed. How did he know that things were going to be alright? Truth is, no matter how much I love Cody, we don't know what's going to happen when he goes on tour at the beginning of next year. I was so scared that I was going to lose him over something dumb. I heard the elevator ding and Cody helped me get through the crowd of people that were in the elevator. Once we back to our room, I Let got of Cody's hand and walked over to the bed and sat down. I brought my knees up to my chest and hugged them tightly. I couldn't' bring myself to look up at Cody. I didn't really know what to say. I heard Cody let out a sound that sounded like a sigh and gasp at the same time. I heard him walk to the side of the bed that I was on. I finally looked up at him and I noticed that his eyes were a little watery. "Sophia, I love you. You know that right?" He said quietly looking me in the eyes. "I know that Cody. I love you too." I said and then looked away. "We'll then will you please tell me what happened? Did I do something wrong? Or say something that upset you?" He asked me. I looked up at him quickly. "No Cody. You didn't do anything wrong." "Well then what happened?" He asked. I sighed and looked away from him. I waited a few moments before I told him everything. I told him everything that Jake said when he called me. I told him everything I said and how I felt like I over reacted. I told him that I was sorry for letting what Jake said get to me. Once I was done, we were both silent. Neither of us saying a word. I waited until Cody said something. When he finally broke the silence between us, I wasn't expecting to hear what he said. "Can I see you're phone?" He asked me and I looked up at him. "Please?" I reached into my back pocket and then handed him my phone. "Thank you." He said standing up. "I'll be right back." He said and then walked out of the room. I sat their for a while surprised. When Cody finally came back inside, he looked at me with a small smile across his lips. "What did you do?" I asked him as he came into the room and closed the door. "Let's just say that Jake won't be bothering you anymore." He said and I could tell he was proud of himself for whatever he did. I sighed and looked up at him. "Can we just stop talking about him?" I asked. "Of course. Can we forget this whole night even happened?" He asked taking off his shirt. "We'll maybe not the whole night." I said and Cody looked up at me with his eyebrows raised. The sound of his laughter sent sweet chills up my spine. "We'll now, I don't think we were fully done with that part." He said and I laughed. "Oh really? Because I seem to remember that we were." I said. His smile slightly slipped away and I laughed and laid all the way back on the bed. I looked up at the ceiling and smiled as Cody's face came into view. "We'll hello their handsome." "Hello, beautiful." He said and I smiled. "Can I help you with something?" I asked him. "Theirs a few things.." He said wondering off. I smiled and looked down at his lips. I bit my lip, hoping he would get that I wanted him to kiss me and thank god he did. He lend down and our lips met. He kissed me slowly and passionately. His tongue went across my bottom lip the way he always did. My mouth opened a little more and our tongues met. My hands moved to his hair the way I knew that he liked it. He let out a small groan as I did. Cody started to take off my shirt and I let him. Soon I was laying under him in just me bra and underwear. Cody smiled down at me and I looked back into his eyes. "What?" I asked him after a few minutes. "You don't have any idea how beautiful you are right now do you?" He asked me and I just blushed. "Thank you. But you don't have to say that." I said. "Why not? I'm not aloud to call my girlfriend beautiful?" He said leaning down and kissing me neck. "Even though she is?" I smiled and moved a little under Cody. He laughed and took my hands and interlocked them with his. Looking down at me with his blond hair framing his face perfectly. For a moment I got lost in his blue eyes. I got lost in his eyes that were filled with nothing but pure love in them. "I love you." I heard him say. "I love you, too." I said and lend up and kissed him softly and gently on the lips. He kissed me back softly and I could feel him lifting me up. I pulled away from him and smiled. "What do you want to do?" He asked with his face in my neck. "Watch a movie?" I suggested. He looked up at me with his ocean blue eyes. "Sounds good." I got up to put on a pair of sweat paints and a tank top and when I looked back up at Cody he had a sad smile on his lips. "I don't care how much I love you. It's freezing in here." I said and he laughed. "We'll it's pretty warm over here." He said. I laughed and walked over to him. I laid down with him and snuggled closer to him. He had his hands wrapped around me tightly. I nestled my face into his bear chest and he kissed the top of my head and whispered I love you. Soon, we were both asleep.
