BRK: When did you decide you wanted to start YouTube?
CODY: I started YouTube back in 2006 with some friends. I decided to make videos by myself in late 2008.
BRK: What kind of camera do you use? What about editing software?
CODY: right now I use a flip. The editing software that's used in my videos is final cut express and some after effects.
BRK: Who/What influenced you to start making videos?
CODY: well when I first started YouTube smosh inspired me to make videos but later on I got inspired to make vlog type videos because of deefizzy. Besides those influences, I'm constantly inspired by my friends on YouTube.
BRK: When did you get your first 1000 subscribers?
CODY: I got my first 1,000 subscribers in the summer of 2009.
BRK: What is your favorite thing about being a YouTuber?
CODY: being able to have an audience and friends that enjoy my videos is a great thing that comes with being a youtuber.
BRK: Do people at your school know about your videos?
CODY: yeah some people do.
BRK: What is the best thing that has come out of being a YouTuber?
CODY: the best thing about being a youtuber is all of the friends and viewers I have made
BRK: What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?
CODY: probably working in the music or film industry.
