Me: Hmm, so what do I name this evil prince I have been trying to name for months?
Brain, immediately: Abaddon
Me: Now where have I heard that name before....*googles*
I mean honestly while I don't know how I feel about giving the name to a character, being named after "the angel of the abyss" is scarily accurate for both this prince and his father, given the plotline. The next name that popped up in my mind for him was Absalom, which I also recognized and had too Google and it....also isn't not accurate in some ways, for this prince.
On top of that the name I almost gave one of the 6 continents of this world was Estaroth, which, when looked up is scarily similar to Astaroth, which I definitely shall not be naming this continent. (In case anyone doesn't know, you type that into google and the first thing that pops up is "In demonology Astaroth is the great duke of Hell")
This is why it is important to look up the names you try to use in fiction, especially if you're trying to write something high fantasy.
