Set a new goal for groceries on my Kofi. I'm only running this until Monday or Tuesday, whatever I get by then is what I'll use. I don't like doing this tbh but... (Though reading my short stories for free and leaving a review somewhere online would help in another way 😅)
So, long story short: I'm shutting down my Kofi at the end of the month. I don't like doing it but I don't have much of a choice. I can't get into why just yet. It's a long story that tends to upset people. Right now though, I need to stock up on groceries while I still can. I'm not sure what the future holds but it doesn't look very pretty.

I haven't eaten anything since the day before yesterday. And before that I was lucky if I ate once a day. I'm in a medical facility and they are feeding us, but my depression, physical pain, and sensory issues are giving me hell. This place is primarily a nursing home, see, and even though they ask us for what we do and don't eat... They don't actually pay attention to that. A former roommate with lactose intolerance had to send her food back every other day because she couldn't eat it. Me? I just give up and don't eat. No, no one has noticed.
My birthday is in three days. I don't expect anything to get better any time soon but I'd like to get something I know I can eat today. Yesterday was very very very bad and I'm at my limit. I wouldn't be asking if I weren't.

While I'm not shutting my Kofi down, I am still asking for help with groceries for the last time this month. I didn't want to get into it but long story short, after returning from the hospital my family decided to stop giving me my own money to use. They, mostly my sister, want to monitor anything I buy, and have access to any app that I spend money on. And obviously I'm not going to do that. Which means my dashpass can't be renewed for another year and I'll have to cancel it. My relationship with my family is extremely unhealthy. They are very controlling. Most if not all of the money I get after this month will go into getting the fuck out of here. I really am done this time.

Okay. I need help. I set a goal on my Kofi for cleaning supplies and, worst case scenario, new dishes and pots to replace my old ones that I might not be able to fully clean. It's a very long, kind of embarrassing story. I wish I had other options but this but I don't, not for what I need. I set the goal to $75 but I'm not sure if I'll need that much. We'll see how things go.
Pretty sure the guy who was supposed to deliver my food stole it. I couldn't get in touch with Uber because I ordered directly from the restaurant. Called the restaurant, was on the phone almost 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Called again, and they hung up on me again. I'm guessing it's close to closing time and they don't want to deal with it.
I'm not expecting anyone to help me with dinner (mostly I just wanted to complain) but on the off chance you wanted to help a disabled guy actually eat tonight...
