Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a bundt cake pan. Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and add the eggs, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and buttermilk to another bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Put the batter into the bundt cake pan that has been prepared. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Before taking the cake out of the pan, let it cool completely. Take the bundt cake and cut it into little cubes. Place the cake cubes in serving bowls or glasses and top with whipped cream. In order to fill the glasses, keep adding layers. Top with a dollop of whipped cream to finish. Coffee beans and chocolate shavings can be used as a garnish.
