Ingredients: 150g coarsely ground coffee beans. 800ml cold, filtered water. Ice cubes. Sweetener optional. Milk or cream optional.
Instructions: Set up your cold drip coffee maker. Place the coarsely ground coffee beans in the coffee chamber of the cold drip maker. Add cold, filtered water to the top chamber of the cold drip maker. Adjust the drip rate to about 1 drop per second or as per manufacturer's instructions. Allow the coffee to drip for 8-12 hours, depending on your preference for strength. Once the brewing is complete, remove the coffee chamber and discard the coffee grounds.
