You may now be able to see coffee flowers like in this image .. The fragrance, you know, is indeed very heady when dozens of coffee plants bloom at the same time. It was nearly like as if you are compelled to swallow such fragrance right in the coffee orchards .. Such observation pushes me once to take the dried coffee flowers and brew them into becoming a cup of tea .. And the taste of a surprise .. The wet aroma and the taste are there. Of course less strong the fragrance of the flower and yet it was also less strong than its cascara, tea made of the dried skin and pulp of the coffee. Some coffee farmers in West Sumatra in Indonesia even also brew the leaves ..
