I was in the coffee shop Saturday and I overheard two ladies discussing relationships. One of the ladies said “over time I lost my emotional connection to him. And suddenly he seemed so ordinary. As if my love for him, what I poured in to him, the energy I gave him, was what made him so magical and wonderful”. It really made me stop and think….is that what makes people so special to us? Is it what we give of ourself to them that makes that love so special?

Question Asked: In 30 or 40 years what should the world look like?

Question Background: So much is going in the world today. From politics to discussions on the wage gap to extreme poverty. It can be hard to imagine sometimes what will come of the world when a lot of turmoil and good things have happened. Hopefully in the future we can start to see better health care systems, proper access to birth control, body labels being eliminated and so much more.

People need to start to work together rather than against each other

War based on religion difference

What is considered peaceful?

Religions need to adapt and grow with the world

Allowing people to have multiple faiths

People need to see that change is happening

Question Asked: Do certain celebrities get a pass when it comes to controversies because of their statues? Is that okay?

Question Background: One of the great debates of this generation has been whether or not you believed Miley Cyrus was a slut, when she performed at the 2013 Video Music Awards alongside Robin Thicke. Why are we so quick to judge Miley Cyrus and not someone like Jennifer Lopez. Each celebrity has songs that have sexual themes. However, Jennifer Lopez’s are more respected.
