▷ Stellan, a masked elven man, thought he had found peace is settling down finally. After black magic was outlawed throughout the world, he had no choice but to either find a different hobby that didn't involve cloning himself or to retire. Stellan's new peaceful life was disrupted by a single piece of parchment one morning; a letter of notice for a mandatory draft. Stellan had no desire to fight, those days were behind him. So he instead attempts to clone himself, an act he hadn't done in years. To his surprise, he's successful. He convinces the clone that he is Syrus, his brother. He sends this clone to war under his name, not expecting said clone to return alive from the war a few years later. Not only is he alive, he's a war hero. This marks the beginning of a revenge driven path for Stellan. He leaves before the clone can return home, fueled by not only jealousy but pure rage. This clone is haunted by the fact his brother had gone missing, unaware of Stellan's plan to eventually destroy him. As months and years tick by, Syrus finds himself in a situation where he is to become king of Ceraun. Stellan has found himself a following, a following of folks down on their luck, looking for guidance. He fathers the cult of the Black Feather. Even as years go by, neither Stellan nor Syrus forget about one another. Syrus, the king, and Stellan, the God. Will Stellan find it in himself to spare the clone? Or will jealousy, power, and narcissism continue to blind him as his black magic grows more powerful each day?
