Yes, now all the fabulous color gets covered. No worries, its a thin layer of clear satin to even out the sheen of the underglazes, terra sigillata, and bare clay. Then colored glazes are applied inside and the final firing will finish it all off! 8 hours of heat, then maybe 24 hours of cooling before she comes out.
