I HAVE MY DOUBTS ABOUT THE RAW LAMB AND TONNATO SAUCE

I'm sure it tastes good because everyone was eating it

But I guess my palate was telling me no

I was kinda relieved when it "accidentally " fell on the floor

BUT THEN!

I saw a hot chef make a Tomato Tonnato dish

So now I'm kinda convinced about the Tonnato

Not the raw lamb though
