Material we will be using is 15B25 or 10B21 or any medium low carbon steel according to the requirements.Grades can be 4.6,5.6,8.8,10.9,12.9 or any alloy steel . In cold forging we will be using die forms and punches to produce these parts from metal wire.In cold forging process we push the material through a die and form the shape we desire .
