Oleana narrowed her eyes-- and immediately turned to walk away from the scene.
Once a few paces away, just when it seemed she might leave him be, she took out her phone and snapped a picture of him.

Where was it again?
He pondered as he moved to what he assumed was the meeting spot. It was juuusst past Route 10. Or so the informant told him.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a folded piece of paper. He unfolded it and looked over the information. King, his pokemon companion, made a noise of irritation. Lilac sighed, he hasn’t been living on this specific island long. Its not his fault he gets a bit lost.
But he wasn’t lost. This was the spot. Yet, there was no one here? Maybe he was a little early? He wasn’t too, too sure what his guy looked like. The informant just said, ‘He’d know when he sees him.’ How very useful.
He should just wait.
“Mm, what do you think of this, King?”

Cyan was really beginning to hate the cold, and don’t even get him started on the fog. He shivered and bunched up as he walked, trying to keep as much body heat as he could in his coat. He was pretty sure he made another wrong turn. He knew he’d seen that rock before! Was he going to be stuck on this route forever?
He was on his way to Iccirus City, hating himself, hating Rocket for sending him here, and hating the damn cold. Why couldn’t he have just been dropped off there, instead of being forced to walk this long??
“You!” he hissed, pointing angrily at the Rock he’d seen for, now, the fourth time. “This is your fault!” he kicked it, only to miss entirely and kick a tree, cursing when his leather boot got stuck and sticky with honey.
“No! No no no no!”

“Even fire types need a break from the cold from time to time.” Toku explained, his voice gentle as he gave the Pokemon something warm to drink, laced with medication for it’s shivers.
“Please make sure that your Typhlosion is given plenty of time to relax after exerting experiences in the cold. They should be in tip-top shape in no time.”

With the winter arriving in Unova, it meant that the nights would be longer and that more hands were needed on deck for rangers who were exhausted from dealing with snow piles and other icy related rescues.
It just so happened that Gloria was sent to assist these tired rangers, taking a duty day in one of the colder parts of the region, near the city of Iccirus.
She had set up a camp in a visible part of the region, close to a bunch of tall grass, and inviting for trainers to come by and warm up, get water, and get whatever rest they needed.
Feeling especially friendly today, she looked at a passerby, waving her hand. “Helooooooo trainer!!! Would you care for cocoa?? A snack? I’ve got water for days!”

Giovanni has glanced to his door recognizing an all to familiar face walking in, annnnnd now his hand is slowly moving towards the gun that is sitting on his desk.
“Bold of you to just walk in here.” His gaze is like ice.

Cheren had to reach over and place a hand gently against Bun-Bun’s mouth to encourage her to stop humming tunelessly along with the music after it had stopped.
“An interesting story we’re being told. Like my fellow judges, I see a few different categories here... Definitely some Smart and even a little Beauty in my opinion. It’s an interesting take on the Cute category, but I enjoyed the direction you took it. Bonding with your Pokemon, being there for one another, weathering the good and harsh times together... I think highlighting a bond with your team was a good move. Very... heartwarming.” He felt himself blushing but soldiered on. “I didn’t sense any danger in the act, and I liked the unconventional approach to tackling your category. Excellent work.”
