The amount of water dripping onto coffee ground should be slow and steady so to make the the ability of a substance to dissolve in a solvent way as the process of fermenting. But it takes 8 hours for 8 minutes drinking sensation. Yeah, right.
Not to mention how to create a shelf-stable product I have to solve.
