I've never felt the need to mark my fabric before but I'm about to start a project that's a bit bigger and more complex than anything I've done before. Do you have any suggestions for marking black cloth?
We’re not big on marking patterns here. We die like men.I know some people have suggested simple basting with easy to see and remove thread, metallic threads, fishing line, that easy count guideline which is a lot like fishing line but specifically for embroidery, and water or air soluble pens. For black fabric we have seen white water soluble pens, but can’t speak to their usefulness.
