The small kitchen aboard the Waverider had quickly become a form of safe haven to Kendra. Often she spent more time there than she did in her own quarters, busying herself and cooking meals for the team. At least that way they generally had at least one nutritious meal a day. She heard footsteps nearing the kitchen, a small flick upwards of her eyes let her know it was Leonard and an easy smile fell onto her lips. “Morning. Coffee?”

i feel this post was misleading it’s not so much that there’s narrative parallels between jaime and len though i can find a few tbh it’s more of a the way the fandoms treat them is the same and i HATE IT
fandoms ALWAYS ALWAYS do this thing where they see a villainous white dude (and even though wentworth is not white he’s biracial BUT EVERYONE’S GONNA IGNORE THAT TOO BUT WHATEVER!!!!!!! I’M NOT MAD ABOUT THIS EITHER!!!!!!!) and that dude will show like. flashes of goodness or heroism the fandom lATCHES ON like oh that means he’s turning good or he’s good really all along and he’s having a redemption arc
nah my dudes it just means they’re a vaguely well put together character with layers
